Gaganpreet Singh (Founder Trustee, Raaha)

Gaganpreet Singh has been in the civil construction industry for close to two decades, working across continents, gaining experience and ground along the way. He started his own venture XWays Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. in the year 2023 with the vision to pioneer in Hill Terrain Construction, whilst sharing his wealth of experience and expertise with his growing team and other budding entrepreneurs along the way.

At the heart of all ambition and drive lies Gagan’s commitment to the society, living by the fundamental principle and prayer of Sarbat Da Bhala (well-being for all), by pledging to give back and uplift the oft-neglected.

Raaha remains Gagan’s most cherished dream.

Shubham Madheshiya (Co-Founder, Raaha)

Shubham Madheshiya, born and brought up in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, completed his B.Tech in Civil Engineering from Thapar University, Patiala. He began his professional journey with Maccaferri, where he gained valuable experience in engineering solutions. Today, he serves as the Director of XWays—a company built not just to create infrastructure but to shape opportunities and transform lives. Very early on in his journey as an entrepreneur, Shubham found Raaha to be his heart’s calling.

Raaha stands for hope, for change, for a future where helping one becomes helping all. A journey to uplift hearts, empower lives, and create a ripple of goodness across society.

Amol Kaur (Co-Founder, Raaha)

Amol Kaur has been in the social sector for more than decade, gaining insights into the multilayered issues that plague our nation, attempting to bridge a gap or add value whenever and wherever possible. From working with tribal women and documenting their stories in Khunti and Gumla districts of Jharkhand to making dedicated efforts for the academic and vocational interests of street children in Delhi to implementing CSR projects on road safety in the tricity, she has dug deep each day to ensure every penny is utilized and reaches the beneficiaries. Her most recent work includes leading education-based CSR projects across the government schools of Punjab.

As Lead-CSR, XWays and the co-founder of Raaha, Amol aims to bring her experience into play and strengthen Raaha’s vision of serving the underserved, with special focus on the adolescents and youth.
